Ginny R. a member of the Cabin Branch Quilters in Woodbridge, Virginia made this batik circle quilt. There are three circles rough edge appliqued one on top of each other. A spectacular quilt all on its own. Amanda and I quilted the top with a swirl pattern and lime green thread (Ginny's favorite color), which complimented the circles on the top.
The quilt reminded us of crop circles and the quilting helped to accentuate that image in our minds.

I love batiks. What beautiful colors! This will make a great addition to the Cabin Branch / Stone House Guild Quilt show.
